I recently purchased the personalized photo men’s black wallet from the brand “photo men’s wallet” and had a few questions before making my purchase. The customer service team was very helpful in answering all my queries. They assured me that the wallet comes with a box, the engraved picture will not fade or fall off, and provided tips on troubleshooting if I couldn’t upload pictures.
I was also pleased to know that the payment process is secure and supports credit card and Paypal. However, I was a bit disappointed when my wallet ran out of battery after only 1.5 months. When I took it to get the battery replaced, I was told that something was wrong in the manufacturing process.
